Martin Congreve Martin Congreve has over 8 years experience in the Recruitment industry, having established and managed Regency Computer Services, an IT recruitment consultancy employing up to 9 staff. He also has 20 years experience in IT application development and consultant roles, specialising in City based financial institutions.
